Flying Dog BreweryRaging Bitch IPARaging Bitch IPA
This beer was originally brewed to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Flying Dog. It was given particular attention and was skillfully brewed with three kinds of hops: Amarillo, Warrior and Columbus and one kind of yeast named “El Diablo”.

The Raging Bitch is an American IPA largely inspired from Belgian brewing traditions, in particular because it is brewed with a specific source of yeast that provides the beer with unique flavours.

The Raging Bitch pours a limpid dark orange robe topped by a thin white head. It challenges the nose with fruity and floral aromas of citrus fruits, sweet spices and yeast. Light notes of caramel are also perceptible, so is the presence of alcohol. One will taste fruity and sweet flavours.

Then, flavours of grilled malt rise and immediately disappear, chased away by a strong and long-lasting bitterness in the mouth. Sweet notes of malt and citrus fruits marry fine hoppy notes and lead to a dry and bitter aftertaste.
Product #: 16084stars, based on 11 reviewsRegular price: 2.972.97Available from: Saveur BièreCondition: New productsin stock

Brasserie Van VivenViven Imperial IPAViven Imperial IPA
Founded in 1999 by Willy De Lobel, the brewery Van Viven was initially named “Chapel Viven”. They now offer a range of beers from ales, porters to this Viven Imperial IPA.

This very nice beer pours an amber colour appearing cloudy because of the yeasts and topped by a creamy and long-lasting white head. In the mouth, the entrance finely puts forward the floral character of citrus fruit of the beer. The finish is relatively bitter and features an excellent length.

This Belgian beer, true hit in this country, mixes up Flemish traditional brewing technique and use of American hops and the result is a splendid IPA.
Product #: 41994stars, based on 4 reviewsRegular price: 2.82.8Available from: Saveur BièreCondition: New productsin stock

Brasserie De RankeXX BitterXX Bitter
XX Bitter is a lesson in bitterness. Be careful – you’re handling a hoppy bombshell! This beer, which has become the flagship brew of the young and enthusiastic De Ranke brewery, is dry-hopped to achieve the biting bitterness for which it is famous. This is achieved by adding fresh hop flowers during the brewing process so that they can fully develop their bitter character.

XX Bitter delivers powerfully flowery hops aromas that fill the nose, showing their colours right from the start.

The palate has more floral and citrus fruits tones, with grassy hops and a biting and extremely persistent bitterness, to finish with a mouthful of resinous hops.

The bitterness is extremely long on the palate and XX bitter is an ode to the hop flower, poured into a glass.
Product #: 1464stars, based on 5 reviewsRegular price: 2.122.12Available from: Saveur BièreCondition: New productsin stock
