  • Prairie Bomb! Deconstructed: Vanilla

Prairie Artisan Ales’s awesome Prairie Bomb! Imperial Stout has been rebooted before, but now it’s being de-booted. The original version of this awesome Impy is brewed with coffee, chocolate, vanilla and chilli and now Prairie Artisanal Ales have brewed one individual stout using each of these four elements.

Based on the same awesome black-velvet engine oil Imperial Stout body, packed with the same rich dark-roast malts and well-defined bittersweet umami deliciousness, Prairie Bomb! Deconstructed: Vanilla shows off its softer side. Balancing the gorgeous Imperial Stout darkness is a sweet vanilla tone that evokes butterscotch and toasted marshmallow.

Add in a dose of buttered popcorn and sweet vanilla toffee to offset the dry fruitiness and you hav one insanely good Gourmet Imperial Stout.
