This hybrid Imperial Stout is brewed using the Eisbock technique to raise the alcohol content to a massive 19.8%, before aging in Speyside whisky casks for a sumptuously peated oak note.
The silky black-coffee body is a heady blend of espresso and dark chocolate with sweet plum and blackcurrant notes, matched with sweet coconut and savoury umami to close on a smooth woody vanilla note and a generous alcohol note.
