Rousse au Pain by up-and-coming French brewery Cocomiette is a beer brewed using upcycled leftover bread recovered from local bakeries in a bid to reduce food waste and make a tasty beer as an added bonus!
The rich amber body hides – as you might expect – warm wholemeal bread scents with a light gingerbread spicing and toasted fruit loaf flavours to finish on an elegantly dry, bitter hops note.
