Product Description

Stochasticity Project Your Father Smelt of Elderberries by Stone Brewing Company is an American Strong Ale-style beer inspired by medieval English ale, and with more than a nod in the direction of Monty Python.

Pouring clear deep gold with a fine off-white head, the aroma is soft and fruity, with bready malt, caramel, and dark fruit.

The palate bears a remarkably similar profile, with the addition of elderberries, which make an interesting fruity counterpoint to the medium body, silky texture and light carbonation that bring a dry, earthy finish.
