Hé Biloute T'es D'min Coin? or "Excuse me, Sir, are you local?" (apparently?!?) is a top-fermented Blonde Beer produced by Brasserie La Choulette near Lille in Northern France and dedicated to the good people of the region.
Pouring a bright gold capped by a thick, creamy white head Hé Biloute is dominated by malt and hop flavours. The taste is round and soft on the tongue with light sweet and bitter flavours vying for space on the palate, all leading to a crisp finish with hints of citrus and raspberry.
